By Quick Action

1. Go to the Animals tab
2. Find the animal
3. Tap Treat
4. Select the treatment type and product
5. Enter the dose if applicable
6. Tap Submit

Group Treatments

When you treat an entire flock or group, just name the group:

"Drench all the hoggets with Dectomax, 2ml each"

Kilnside records the treatment against every animal in that group.

Withdrawal Periods

Kilnside knows the withdrawal periods for common veterinary products. After recording a treatment, the animal's record will show when it's clear for slaughter or milk use.

Tips

• Include the product name — this helps track withdrawal periods
• Include the dose if you know it — e.g. "10ml" or "2ml per animal"
• Group treatments save time — name the flock instead of each animal
• Regulatory compliance — accurate treatment records are required by DEFRA. Recording at the time of treatment is the most reliable method
